Our own invoicing, compliant with the new regulation

The challenge

Spain's new invoicing regulation (Royal Decree 1007/2023) forces changes, and many companies are told they have to change software to comply. We invoice with our own custom-built program, and no vendor was going to adapt it for us.

The project built

We built a system that meets the new invoicing rules without changing tools: it sits on top of the program that already invoices. Every invoice is recorded and verifiable by the tax authority. Before invoicing for real, the full circuit was validated in the tax authority's test environment.

The result

Our invoices are issued with the same system we implement, accepted by the tax authority since July 2026. That system is now a product: we install it on top of the program you already use, proven first in our own company.

From proof to product

This same system is now turnkey Veri*Factu. It is implemented on top of the management software you already use and validated in the tax authority's test environment before a single real invoice is issued.
