When do we use AI? And when not?

We are a technology consultancy. We use AI only when it solves your problem better.

We include it when:

  • Information has to be read, classified or extracted from many documents (invoices, contracts, case files).
  • You need an assistant that answers questions about your own company's information.
  • Large volumes have to be analyzed or outcomes anticipated (forecasting, patterns, detection).
  • And always with a person reviewing what the AI proposes.

We leave it out when:

  • A calculation, an automation or a plain integration solves it better and cheaper.
  • Bringing it in would only add cost and complexity. You do not need AI to add one plus one.

The rule: technology is chosen on merit, not because it is trendy.
