Method
Method, not months.
All six phases run in full, with your decision between every one and a single point of contact.
Where the speed comes from.
We start with half the road already behind us.
Speed comes from having already solved everything that is not your business. What we have already built before your project takes care of the repeatable part: the templates, the connections and the paperwork. That way the team's time goes entirely to your problem.
| Criterion | AIdvance | Traditional model |
|---|---|---|
| Delivery time | Six to eight weeks. | Six months or more. |
| Budget | Fixed at signing, before building. | A vague estimate, adjusted along the way. |
| Exit point | You decide whether to continue once you have seen the design and the price. | Committed from the start. |
| Point of contact | A single point of contact, from start to finish. | Several teams, with handoffs. |
| Visibility | A portal open around the clock. | A black box until delivery. |
| Autonomy | Yours from day one. | Dependence on the vendor. |
The six phases
Six phases. Your decision between every one.
You approve before we move on. At every step you can see where each figure comes from.
-
Phase 0 · Day 0
Diagnostic
A 30-45 minute conversation to understand the problem and decide together if we are a fit. No commitment.
Decision
We only continue if it makes sense for both sides.
-
Phase 1 · Weeks 1-2
Analysis
We turn your reality into a clear, shared list of what gets built and what stays out.
Decision
You approve what is in and what is out before we design.
-
Phase 2 · Weeks 2-4
Design
We produce the blueprint of your system (the functional design), the fixed budget and the delivery dates in writing. These documents prove the rigor of the path; what you receive at the end is the solution running inside your company.
Decision
You can stop here, before construction, without having spent on construction.
-
Phase 3 · Weeks 4-6
Construction
We build the solution exactly on what was approved. Progress visible at all times.
Decision
You review the system already built, before delivery.
-
Phase 4 · Weeks 6-8
Delivery
The solution is left running inside your company, connected to your systems and measuring what you already measure.
Decision
You check that it meets what was signed.
-
Phase 5 · Ongoing
Follow-up
We stay alongside the running solution and measure results. We answer for the delivery and stay with you through follow-up.
The proof of the method is already running.
Three projects up and running, and the products that came out of engagements like these.
Your project, open around the clock.
The portal shows the real state of your project whenever you want, milestone by milestone, with no status report to ask for.

Frequently asked questions
The questions we hear most often.
-
Can I stop the project before you start building?
- Yes. Between Design and Construction you decide whether to continue. If the design does not convince you, the project stops there, and the functional design you have already paid for is yours.
-
How can you deliver in six to eight weeks without losing rigor?
- All six phases run in full, with your decision between every one. We move fast because what we have already built before your project is ready on day one. Design, budget and contract templates, plus connections to email, calendar and your management software. Those weeks go entirely to your problem.
-
Who is my point of contact during the project?
- A single point of contact from start to finish. The same firm designs, builds, answers for delivery and stays alongside afterward. You always speak with the same person.
-
How much does a project cost?
- We do not work with catalog pricing. After the diagnostic and the Design phase you receive a fixed budget, set in the contract before any building begins. You know the full amount before committing a single euro of construction.
The first decision point is already yours.
A first 30-45 minute conversation is enough to know if we are a fit.
