How we process the personal data you provide through this site, under the GDPR and the Spanish Data Protection Act (LOPDGDD).

2. Information we process and its source
We process the personal data you provide voluntarily through:
- The diagnostic call request form: name, company, email, telephone (optional) and the content of your enquiry.
- The "Tell us about your project" form: the identification and contact data above, plus the project description and, if you choose to attach it, the file you provide.
- The email communication you send to the published addresses.
We do not collect special categories of data. Please do not include confidential information or special categories of data in the forms.
3. Purposes of processing
- To handle and manage your requests for information, contact and diagnostic calls.
- To assess and, where appropriate, prepare a professional services proposal in response to your enquiry.
- To maintain the communication arising from the commercial or pre-contractual relationship.
4. Legal basis (Art. 6 GDPR)
- Consent of the data subject (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR): to handle the enquiries and requests you send through the forms or by email.
- Pre-contractual measures at the data subject's request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR): where your request concerns the possible engagement of our services.
- Legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR): to respond to professional communications and maintain the relationship, where applicable.
5. Retention period
Data will be kept for as long as necessary to handle your request and, where applicable, for the duration of the commercial relationship. Once that ends, the data will be duly blocked for the legally required periods (in particular, those set out in commercial and tax law) and, once these have elapsed, will be deleted.
6. Recipients and processors
We do not transfer your data to third parties except where legally required. To run the site and handle your requests we rely on the following providers, acting as processors under the corresponding contract compliant with Article 28 of the GDPR:
- Cloudflare, Inc. (USA) — site hosting, content delivery network (CDN) and execution of the forms.
- Resend, Inc. (USA) — delivery of the emails generated by the forms.
- Plausible Insights OÜ (Estonia, EU) — cookieless web analytics, in aggregate.
- Cal.com, Inc. (USA) — appointment scheduling for the diagnostic calls, loaded only if you open it.
Some of these providers are located outside the European Economic Area (USA). In those cases, international data transfers are covered by the safeguards set out in Chapter V of the GDPR —standard contractual clauses and, where applicable, the EU-US Data Privacy Framework—, under the data processing agreement signed with each provider. You may request information about these safeguards at the contact address given in section 1. This list is kept up to date.
7. Your rights
You may exercise the following rights recognized by the GDPR and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 (LOPDGDD) at any time:
- Access to your personal data.
- Rectification of inaccurate data.
- Erasure ("right to be forgotten").
- Restriction of processing.
- Objection to processing.
- Portability of the data.
- Withdrawal of consent given, without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing.

If you consider that the processing of your data does not comply with the regulations, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
8. Security
AIdvance has adopted the appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure the security of personal data and to prevent its alteration, loss, unauthorized processing or access, in accordance with Article 32 of the GDPR.
