Your archive answers with your own filings, without leaving the firm.

You ask the way you would ask a colleague, and the system returns the document, with the literal quote and where it comes from. It also prepares a first draft, drawing on the firm's own filings, for a lawyer to review and sign.

Who it is for

Who it serves

Firms with years of archive in Word, PDF and scanned paper, where finding a precedent depends on who remembers it. Firms that, bound by professional secrecy, cannot upload their files to cloud services.

Who decides The partners decide; the firm's lawyers use it.

Who it does not serve

If your archive fits in a few folders the whole team knows, you do not need it, and we will tell you on the first call. Nor is it for anyone who wants filings to go out unreviewed: a lawyer reviews and signs every draft.

What it does

Search with its citation
You ask in plain language and the system finds the filings that deal with that situation, even if they share no words with the query. Every result comes with the literal excerpt, the date and the path to the original.
Scans are read too
Scanned paper goes into the same search as a filing written this week. Anything read with doubts is set aside and reviewed, instead of polluting the searches.
A first draft, reviewed by a lawyer
It prepares a first draft of the filing, drawing on the firm's own past work, for a lawyer to review and sign. Anything the system does not know is left as a visible gap.
Everything inside the firm
It runs on a dedicated machine on the firm's network, with internet access blocked and checked before it starts. Each lawyer logs in with their own user, and every query is recorded.

The proof

Installed and in use over an archive of more than 100,000 documents.

Gómez Tejedor Abogados, a law firm practicing since 1990, has it installed on a machine in its offices. It searches the firm's own archive, and no document leaves the building.

The case it came from

Still from “The red ribbon”: among the thousands of documents in the firm’s archive, the brief that was being searched for, found.

Gómez Tejedor Abogados

A law firm with over three decades of practice.

The problem
The firm's accumulated knowledge lived in folders and in the memory of whoever had handled each matter.
What we built
A system that makes that knowledge findable in seconds, for the whole team.
The change
From depending on who happened to be in that day, to the firm's know-how always being at hand.

From hours to seconds.

Why it exists

Years of judgment stored in the archive, and only whoever remembers where it is can find it.

Every new matter looks like an earlier one: an appeal that was won, a claim over the same clause. It is all in the archive, spread across thousands of folders, and getting it back depends on a partner's memory. And the AI tools that understand the question usually ask you to upload documents to someone else's servers. A firm bound by professional secrecy cannot afford that.

Delivery

How it is rolled out

The system is already built and running in a law firm. Each rollout installs it on a machine in your firm, with your full archive. You approve the scope in writing before it starts, and before you commit to anything the search is tested live on your own documents. It is contracted as a project with a fixed budget, with maintenance from delivery.

Frequently asked questions

Frequently asked questions.

Does any document leave the firm?

No. Everything runs on a machine inside the firm, including the AI models. There is no connection to cloud services and no per-query fee, and internet access is blocked and checked before it starts.

Does it make up answers?

Search generates no text: the system points to documents, with their literal excerpt and their path. In drafts, what it does not know it leaves as a visible gap, and a lawyer reviews and signs each one before it goes out.

Does it work with scanned paper and old filings?

Yes. Scans are read on the machine itself and go through a quality check: anything doubtful is set aside for review. Word and PDF documents go in first, so the archive is useful from day one.

Can I see it working before signing up?

Yes. On the diagnostic call we show it to you working, and before you commit to anything the search is tested on your own documents. The contract comes afterwards, with the scope agreed and in writing.

Would you like us to look at your specific case?
