Your network's performance today, not last week's version of it.

Daily capture from the phone, a live dashboard by consultant and by office, and automatic escalation when an indicator moves outside the agreed threshold. Head office manages on today's data.

Commercial networks

By the time the data arrives, the conversation is no longer worth having.

A network of ten, thirty or a hundred consultants produces data every day. The problem is when it arrives and in what condition: the consultant reports whenever he remembers, the manager consolidates it in a spreadsheet, and what reaches head office is a self-declared summary of something that happened a week ago. By then the conversation that needed to happen is no longer worth having. Managing like that is managing by rear-view mirror.

Daily capture
Every consultant reports activity from the phone, in an installable app for the role he holds. The data goes in on the day it happens.
Live dashboard and ranking
Performance and standing by consultant, by office and by period, built on what is captured, with no manual consolidation in between.
Automatic escalation
When an indicator moves outside the threshold agreed with management, the system alerts whoever has to act, without waiting for month end.
Periodic reports
Reports carrying the client's brand, generated directly on the captured data, from the same source the network sees.

Who it is for

Who it serves

Distributed commercial networks and teams of ten people or more: insurance agents, financial advisory firms, business development teams. Companies where the activity happens outside the office and management needs to see it the same day.

Who decides Head office decides and pays; the consultant is the daily user.

Who it does not serve

A five-person team sharing one office does not need this, and we will say so in the first conversation. Nor does it replace your CRM: PIP measures how the network works; the client record stays where it lives today.

How it reaches production

The product is already built and in production. What gets designed in each rollout are your indicators, your thresholds and your office structure: we diagnose the case, agree the scope in writing, roll it out on the real structure of the network and support the adoption. The decision point is yours before anything is configured.

Frequently asked questions

Frequently asked questions.

Does it replace our CRM?

No. PIP measures the activity and performance of the network: what is done, when, and with what result. Each client's commercial record stays in your CRM and the two systems coexist.

What does each consultant have to do daily?

Report activity from the phone, in the app for his role. That is the only gesture the product asks of the network; consolidation, ranking, alerts and reports are done by the system.

Can we see it working before contracting?

Yes: the diagnostic call walks through the real product, with your network's case in front of us. Contracting comes afterwards, with the scope already agreed and in writing.

Let's start with a diagnostic call.

A first 30-45 minute conversation is enough to know if we are a fit.
