See the shelf the day it moves, not when your KAM calls.

See every day what price your item sits at in each chain and how your competitor is moving.

Who it is for

Who it serves

Consumer goods manufacturers with their own brand in national retail, facing several overlapping annual negotiations with the large chains.

Who decides Commercial director.

Who it does not serve

If your brand is not in the large national chains, there is no case here, and we will say so before there is a proposal. It is also the wrong tool if what you need to measure is your actual sales; a different instrument covers that.

What it does

Daily observation of the market
Price and presence in each chain, in the exact format that gets negotiated: the specific item with its pack and its size, rather than a price per liter.
Your position against the benchmark you choose
Pick who you measure against: one brand, the cheapest on shelf or the category average. The gap shows in euros and in percentage, chain by chain.
The competitor's promotional rhythm
How often they promote, how far they drop and how long the drop lasts, with the history behind it to read the pattern.
A dedicated install
The system is installed on your own servers and the observed history stays with you, including the day you stop working with us.

The problem

The negotiation arrives before the information does.

You negotiate five or six times a year with less information than the buyer across the table. What you know about your own shelf arrives as WhatsApp photos from your KAMs, the key account managers who cover each chain.

Delivery

How it is rolled out

The observation circuit is already built and running. Each rollout configures your assortment, your chains and who you want to measure against, and you approve the scope before it starts. It is contracted as an install on your own servers, with ongoing maintenance.

Frequently asked questions

Frequently asked questions.

Where do the price and presence figures come from?

From daily observation of the assortment each chain publishes. Every figure carries its date and you can see where it came from, so any number holds up in a negotiation.

Does it measure our actual sales?

It measures the shop window: what price each item sits at in each chain and whether it is still in the assortment. Sales and market share are measured with a consumer panel, the instrument for actual sales, and the two read well together.
